This car was just one of 35 GT3 Cup cars produced by Porsche in 2005. Car was campaigned by Kardach Racing in the 2005 Porsche SuperCup season, winning three races and finishing third in the championship with driver David Saelens of Germany. Car won twice at Indy and once at Hockenheim. Porsche Supercup is the highest form of Porsche spec racing in the world, and runs on Formula 1 race weekends. The car was then imported into the USA, and ran the Rolex 24 hours of Daytona twice under the Farnbacher Loles banner in 2007 and 2008.
In 2020 Orbit Racing restored the car, several new parts, such as front fenders, bumper, and rear deck lid were replaced with new. The transmission, ECU, wiring harness, lights and various other items were from the updated 2006 specification. The livery on the car is the original livery design how it ran at Kardach in 2005. The car is VERY clean, meticulously maintained and is track ready as it sits!
